30 days: During the first 30 days of
QuickSTART we focus on getting our expert team
trained on your products, technology, applications,
sales channels and company. Together, we’ll
develop a target account list for each territory.
30 to 60 days: In the next 30-
to 60-day period, we connect with our customers
on the target account list—including both
engineering and procurement contacts—and
determine short-term and long-term opportunities
at each account. We’ll assess both volume
and probability, and identify any barriers to
doing business in the account.
60 to 90 days: In the 60- to
90-day period, we present your products to key
decision-makers in the target accounts, request
opportunities to quote existing business, and
determine the timetable for new product development.
Based on our findings, we’ll rework the
target list to ensure that we’re working
on your best opportunities.
