Jim
Upchurch, President
Blair Engineering Southwest Inc
Jim Upchurch has served as President of Blair Engineering Southwest since 1995. He is responsible,
along with Steve Fabian, for the overall strategy and direction of the company as well as managing
operations, sales and customer initiatives for the Southwest region. Mr. Upchurch joined Blair Engineering
in 1981 as a Sales Representative. Prior to Blair Engineering he was a Sales Engineer for Trane Air
Conditioning. He received a BSME from Oklahoma State University and obtained his designation as Certified
Professional Manufacturer’s Representative after completing a three-year course through the Institute
for Professional Advancement, Inc.
Steve
Fabian, President
Blair Engineering Southeast Inc.
Steve Fabian has served as President of Blair Engineering Southeast since 1995. He is responsible,
along with Jim Upchurch, for the overall strategy and direction of the company as well as managing
operations, sales and customer initiatives for the Southeast region. Mr. Fabian joined Blair Engineering
in 1991 as a Sales Engineer. Prior to Blair Engineering, he was employed for ten years with GFS Manufacturing
serving in various roles including Design Engineer, General Manager for GFS Military Magnetics and
as National Sales Manager. Mr. Fabian received a BS in Physics from the University of New Hampshire
and obtained his designation as Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative after completing
a three-year course through the Institute for Professional Advancement, Inc.
